March 8, 2025 Surprise Celebration!!
Come find out what the Celebration is all about:
When: Saturday, March 8th, 10 AM – 4 PM Visitors wanting to learn more about Project Linus are welcome from 1 PM – 3 PM. Volunteers and those coming to participate in demos, sew, etc. are welcome for the entire time. A special celebration is planned for ~1:30 PM.
Where: Concord United Methodist Church, 11020 Roane Dr., Knoxville, TN – Easily accessible just one block off Kingston Pike in Farragut
There will be signage to help you find the right entrance. More details will be sent once an RSVP is received.
What will be happening that day:
There will be plenty of things to do including crocheting around fleece and other ways to make fleece blankets, ideas for scrappy quilts, scrappy quilt demos, using leftover fleece for hats and scarves, machine binding quilts, free motion quilting (on your regular sewing machine), etc. There will be plenty of space to set up your sewing machine and sew for the day and there will also be an area to sit back, relax, visit, crochet, knit and help sew on labels. Lunch will be served.
