Kingston Lakeside Farmer’s Market and Project Linus of East TN: May 13th

We are excited to be a part of the May 13th Quilt Block Show at the farmer’s market. This event will run from 8 to 11 AM. If you are coming to help set up, please be there by 7:30 AM. Project Linus of East TN will receive a donation from the Quilt (and knit/crochet) Block Challenge! Be sure to ENTER and VOTE.

Project Linus will have a booth set up including the following:
• Selling crafts
• Tying Quilts
• Making hand drawn quilt blocks
• Sharing information about Project Linus
• Promoting the Quilt Block Show

How can you help?
• Come help set up and work with children and adults as they tie quilts and make hand drawn quilt blocks
• Bring a chair and your quilting/knitting/crocheting and visit while sharing with others information about your involvement in Project Linus
• Bring your family including children and grandchildren to participate in the quilt tying and drawing quilt blocks

Please pass the word about this event and consider entering and/or voting in the Quilt Block contest (note this is for knitters and crocheters too) – see directions for signing up on the market’s website. Remember this benefits Project Linus of East TN.
