Thread, Batting, Stabilizer Giveaway TWO!!!

Date: January 4, 2020
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
Location: 733 Ladd Landing Way Unit 2397

As noted before, we have had a VERY Generous donation of thread (rayon embroidery thread but can be used for sewing, quilting, etc.), batting and stabilizers. There is still thread left, a good selection of stabilizers including for T-shire quilts, and a limited amount of batting pieces (no more rolls or precut bags).

I’ve rented a separate storage unit and will be holding the next Open House Saturday January 4th from 11AM – Noon for volunteers to pick up items to make Project Linus blankets and in support of other charitable organizations.

Directions:

The storage unit is Pickel Storage located at 733 Ladd Landing Way, Kingston, TN. It’s in unit 2397.

From Knoxville, you take I-40 West to the Lawnville Exit 355 (this is the first exit past the big Oak Ridge 356 Exit with the Weigels). Veer to the right when you get off the exit. The Pilot Station will be on your right, make an immediate left on to Ladd Landing Way (you’ll see a sign pointing left for Pontoon Boats). The storage unit will be on your right within 1/4th mile. (If you get to the Pontoon Boats, you’ve gone to far.). Turn right into the storage unit and drive straight back and the unit is at the very end on your right.

From Kingston, Harriman and points west you will come East on I-40 to the Lawnville Exit 355. Turn left off the exit and go back over I-40. The Pilot Station will be on your right, make an immediate left on to Ladd Landing Way (you’ll see a sign pointing left for Pontoon Boats). The storage unit will be on your right within 1/4th mile. (If you get to the Pontoon Boats, you’ve gone too far.). Turn right into the storage unit and drive straight back and the unit is at the very end on your right. These materials are to be used for Project Linus, Quilts of Valor and other charitable/mission work projects. Please pass the word.

This might be the last opportunity to get items. I’ll just have to see what is left.
